[Announcement] OPT and YRGLM Commence Strategic Partnership in the Data-Driven Marketing Business

OPT, Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President & CEO: Daisuke Kanazawa; hereinafter “OPT”), an Innovation Agency leading the digital shift, has entered into a strategic partnership in the data-driven marketing business with YRGLM Inc. (Head Office: Kita Ward, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President: Susumu Iwata; hereinafter “YRGLM”). As one of the initiatives in this partnership, the companies have concluded a basic agreement for OPT to transfer ownership of “ADPLAN,” an advertising effectiveness measurement tool provided by OPT, to YRGLM.

OPT envisages a plan of comprehensive support for companies, ranging from customer lifetime value (LTV) enhancement to business growth. To this end, OPT has decided to transfer the “ADPLAN” online advertising “measurement” tool business to YRGLM, which has a track record of over 15 years of achievements and expertise in this field, and focus management resources on the data-driven marketing business, which is responsible for “accumulating,” “analyzing,” and “utilizing” the measured data.

 

The “ADPLAN” service will continue to operate subsequent to the business transfer, and gradually transition to “ADEBiS.” Through this strategic partnership, customers currently using “ADPLAN” will be provided with a higher-value data-driven marketing service.

 

OPT will continue to create new value as a corporate marketing partner.
