[Digital Support] OPT Launches Introduction and Operation Consulting Plan Services for LINE’s “OpenChat”

OPT, Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President & CEO: Daisuke Kanazawa; hereinafter “OPT”), an Innovation Agency leading the digital shift, has commenced providing consulting plan services for the introduction and operation of “OpenChat”(*1) provided by LINE.

The use of social media as a means of promotion has become popular among companies in recent years.
OPT’s social media marketing department is actively involved in marketing using social media, having established a specialist section in 2011. It has led the market for social marketing. For example, the “kakeru” media service that it has operated since 2015 created the buzzword “instagenic.”

OPT also proposes plans for coordination with other platforms such as Twitter and Instagram to draw customers to LINE’s “OpenChat,” as well as operating plans for fan meetings, live coverage of events, etc.
