OPT Ventures, Inc. (President and CEO: Atsushi Nouchi; hereinafter “OPT Ventures”) is forming an alliance with CIRCULATION (CEO: Masatoshi Kubota; hereinafter “CIRCULATION”) to accelerate support for the growth of enterprises in which OPT Ventures is invested.

OPT Ventures has started a business alliance with CIRCULATION, which boasts a network of 12,000 professional human resources, one of the largest in Japan. Companies in which OPT Ventures is invested will be able to utilize the human resources registered with CIRCULATION at low cost.
The purpose of this alliance is to assign expert human resources from specialist fields to different issues as they arise, which will strengthen the organization of companies in which OPT Ventures is invested and support their operations and strategy, as well as expand support in practical work.
To fulfill its role as a hands-on venture capital organization, OPT Ventures will seek to promote further evolution by providing opportunities such as management education through study groups and events, in addition to conventional types of support.
