[Digital Support] OPT Becomes First Advertising Agency in Japan to Affiliate with “CDP Institute,” a Neutral Organization for Customer Data Platforms of Next-Generation Marketing

OPT, Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President & CEO: Daisuke Kanazawa; hereinafter “OPT”) has affiliated with the CDP Institute (*1) as a Gold partner to further drive the utilization of customer data using Customer Data Platforms (hereinafter “CDP” (*2)). OPT is the first agency from Japan to affiliate with the CDP Institute, which is based in the United States.

 

In recent years, communication methods have diversified due to the growth of communication channels driven by the digital revolution, changes in the consumer values, and the rise of lifestyle diversity.
