At a meeting of the board of directors, OPT, Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President & CEO: Daisuke Kanazawa; hereinafter “OPT”) decided to change its executive personnel from April as follows.

The new executive personnel includes a CHO and six executive officers who were newly appointed to form an organizational structure with minimal layers that prioritizes speedy decision-making, with the aim of boosting the growth of business and human resources.

To accompany this change in the executive officer team, a team of specialists has been established in order to cultivate human resources who will lead the industry. Giving authority and discretion to human resources with specialist skills will accelerate the creation of new value that will establish OPT as an Innovation Agency.

All executive officers and employees will work as one to enhance our services even further, and we look forward to your continued support in the future.


■Director and Executive Officer Teams from April 2019

* The directors will be formally appointed by resolution of the OPT Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 22, 2019. Details of the director team, including the auditor, will be announced later after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
* Current director, Akihiko Okabe will complete his term at the OPT Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 22, 2019, but he will continue his role as CEO of relaido, Inc.
