OPT Incubate Inc. (main office in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, CEO Atsushi Nouchi) has entered into a business partnership with Nikkei Inc., and in April 2018 started its “OFFICE PASS Supported by OPT Incubate” (referred to as “OFFICE PASS” below) right to use sales service for shared offices. After starting with approximately 100 locations throughout Japan, the service has doubled to over 200 participating locations after only five months. OPT Incubate will continue expanding this service with the goal of building it into something that can be used anywhere and at any time by all corporations promoting teleworking, including sole proprietors and startups.

 

[About OFFICE PASS]
OFFICE PASS is a service that lets customers who pay a monthly flat rate (14,980 yen including tax) to use open seats in over 200 shared offices and co-working spaces around Japan, freely and as many times as they want.
This networking of high-quality shared offices provides customers with well-equipped workspaces in a variety of different locations, and we feel that this will contribute to the achievement of a new work style for business people.
OPT Incubate started offering new plans for corporations in June 2018. These plans are the A Plan (all you can use) and the B Plan (ranked) that sets a cost based on how often employees use the service in total.
