SIGNATE Inc. ■Outline of Nihon no Jinjibu’s “HR Award”

“HR Award” (held by the “Nihon no Jinjibu” website, supported by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) is an award system for recognizing innovators in fields such as human resources, human resource development and labor management. Awards are given for books or services that are judged to be beneficial for corporate HR departments, HR business corporations or HR managers who have achieved excellence, in order to improve the capabilities of all companies and individuals, as well as energizing the HR field. This is said to be the most prestigious HR-related award system in Japan, with 1,107 voters in 2012, 1,875 voters in 2013, 2,462 voters in 2014, 3,647 voters in 2015, 5,602 voters in 2016 and 6,081 voters in 2017.
