Starting with the TSUNAGARU LINE Business Connect distribution tool OPT developed internally, OPT offers marketing measures utilizing LINE in all funnels, including message distribution measures utilizing marketing automation functions, CRM linkage, LINE Beacon, and so on, as well as the construction of unique operational methods based on linking the LINE Ads Platform with the Spin App. This allows OPT to offer services ranging from brand recognition to the acquisition of new customers as well as customer support.

The “LINE Biz-Solutions Partner Program” is a certification and award program for advertising agencies and service developers in the product sections of “LINE Account Connect”* and “LINE Ads Platform.” This new program was introduced in order to more proactively promote the expansion of sales and the addition and improvement of functions for various corporate services provided by LINE.
This program certifies in the two categories of “Sales Partner” and “Technology Partner” for the “LINE Ads Platform” section, and in the three categories of “Sales Partner,” “Planning Partner,” and “Technology Partner” for the “LINE Account Connect” section.
*Name changed from “LINE Biz Account” section.
*The “LINE Account Connect” section includes “LINE Official Accounts,” “LINE Business Connect,” and “LINE Customer Connect.”

Certification is targeted at LINE Official Accounts, LINE Business Connect, and LINE Customer Connect. The criteria for certification include sales volume, number of newly opened accounts, and the average “push” (including IFA, etc.) distribution quantity for owned accounts. Partners showing particular excellence are awarded the “Diamond” or “Gold” rank. Based on this rank, certified partners receive special benefits, such as prioritized notice and sales support for new products, and invitations to LINE events.

Certification is divided into five ranks (Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Basic) based on criteria such as total accumulated sales per six months. Based on this rank, certified partners receive special benefits, such as prioritized notice and sales support for new products, and invitations to LINE events.

■What is the TSUNAGARU LINE Business Connect distribution tool?
This marketing tool is provided by OPT, Inc. as an ASP service to companies that want to open a LINE Official Account, and it enables the more advanced utilization of LINE Business Connect.
The tool is equipped with the following 10 types of functions: ID syncing; message distribution; bots for automated responses; AI chat; shop card display; measurement tool linkage; message opening rate measurement; questionnaire creation; click data collection; and LINE Beacon management.
