SoldOut, Inc., which uses digital marketing, technology, and HR support to assist medium, small, and venture companies in growing throughout all of Japan including in rural areas (main office in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, CGO and Representative Director Takeshi Ogiwara, referred to as “SoldOut” below) announces that it is expanding its PR services in addition to the digital marketing services it already offers for rural areas, and to this end is entering into a comprehensive business alliance with Vector Inc. (main office in Minato Ward, Tokyo, President & CEO Keiji Nishie, referred to as “Vector” below), Japan’s largest general PR firm.

By offering digital marketing, technology, and HR support services to medium, small, and venture companies throughout Japan, SoldOut supports the growth of client corporations at 21 bases around Japan. In terms of digital marketing support services, SoldOut continuously provides support services in order to improve the performance of client corporations in rural areas where information and services are sometimes difficult to access, for the sake of regional corporations including medium, small, and venture companies. As Japan’s largest comprehensive PR firm, Vector goes beyond traditional PR strategies by providing social media policies, video strategies utilizing ad tech, and other next-generation marketing methods while offering a wide range of PR-related services.

The Internet advertising market is expected to expand even further (*1) due to the spread of smartphones and the evolution of the communication environment, and it is for this reason that the need for marketing solutions that vary based on consumer attitude will increase in the future. Through this comprehensive business alliance, we will be offering consistent support activities for client corporations including regional (*2) medium, small, and companies, from marketing services that vary based on attitude in order to actualize potential segments to marketing services aimed at already actualized segments.

From August 22nd, 2018 SoldOut started providing PR-related services, video marketing services, and content marketing services in addition to the digital marketing services it had already been offering to client corporations in the Osaka and Fukuoka areas. We will also be expanding gradually to other areas, starting with Chubu, Hokuriku, and Tohoku.
