OPT Holding, Inc. (main office in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, President and Group CEO Noboru Hachimine, referred to as “OPT Holding” below) announces the appointment of Senior Executive Officer Jun Ishiwata as Group CHO (Chief Human Resource Officer) as of July 1st, 2018.
In order to improve the value of Group corporations, OPT Holding seeks to construct a group management structure that can offer complete corporate governance and decision-making and execution of operations that are both appropriate and rapid. As part of this process, the construction of a management structure based on the cornerstones of a CFO and CHO is an important part of achieving the new three-year plan.
Group CFO Teraguchi was appointed first in August of last year, and Group CHO Ishiwata brings a high level of expertise in corporate human resources along with a wealth of experience. OPT Holding is prepared for additional dramatic leaps into the future as a digital shift company of 2020 and 2030.
