[Digital Support] OPT Has Developed “PASSLOOP,” a Video Production Management Tool. Reduces Video Production Times by Half to Enable Production of 6000 Videos per Month

To meet the expanding needs of video advertising, OPT, Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President & CEO: Daisuke Kanazawa; hereinafter “OPT”) has developed the “PASSLOOP” video production management tool for advertising creatives that accelerates PDCA processes from production to verification and optimizes advertisement effects. This tool has enabled advertising creatives at OPT to produce up to 6000 videos per month.

■ Working Environment for Video Advertisements
To maximize the effects of video advertisements, it is important to make full use of creative talents and perform PDCA processes quickly. However, video expression is more multi-faceted than still images, which makes production processes more complex and requires more time until completion.

■ Benefits of Introducing “PASSLOOP”
The developed “PASSLOOP” tool greatly reduces the production time for video advertisements. The tool enables online communication for managing and sharing materials and statuses, as well as the smooth creation of editing instructions and sharing of storage. The tool also supports encoding suitable for the specification of each media, and speedy one-click clipping for particular sizes or bitrates.

When PASSLOOP is used together with “Studio CANVAS”* that was opened at the OPT Group in November 2017, a one-stop solution can be provided at OPT from video shooting to editing. This increases the speed of execution and improvements in production, enabling the provision of higher quality video advertisement creatives.

In the future, OPT will continue to be a digital creative partner in corporate marketing that will plan and propose new measures to maximize advertising effects.
