(CCC) (headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director President & CEO: Muneaki Masuda). OPT Incubate intends to utilize this capital raising for business expansion and new business development, engaging in business and operation collaboration to accelerate business development targeting the sharing economy in particular.

1. Purpose of third-party allocation of shares
The third-party allocation of shares to CCC will accelerate new business development targeting the sharing economy in particular by leveraging the proprietary assets of OPT Incubate, namely its business development assessment framework, system platform required for business development, and knowledge of the sharing economy, with CCC’s assets of store development know-how and content development capabilities that draw on its lifestyle offerings (Lifestyle contents × Platform × Database).

2. What OPT Incubate hopes to achieve
